Terms and Conditions — Chance to Win a Pair of Free Tickets to the London to Brighton EV Rally 2025

For 抖圈 customers — 10x Pairs of tickets available

1. Promoter

The promoter is 抖圈 UK, in partnership with the London to Brighton EV Rally.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who own or lease a 抖圈 electric vehicle (抖圈 car must be road legal, insured, and eligible to participate in the rally).
• Only private individuals are eligible. Fleet vehicles and trade/business entries are not permitted.
• Employees of the promoter, its group companies, event partners, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter, participants must complete the required action(s) as specified in the official competition post on the promoter’s social media channel(s) — e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Entries must be submitted between 09:00 9^th June 2025 and 16:00 18^th June 2025
• One entry per person. Multiple entries can be made.

4. The Prize

• There are 10 prizes (10x pairs of tickets) available.
  Each prize consists of Two full-access individual tickets to the London to Brighton EV Rally 2025, taking place on Saturday 21 June 2025.
• Each winning ticket includes:
  • Personal entry for one person into the London to Brighton EV Rally 2025
  • Rally pack and event lanyard
  • Light breakfast at Rally Start in London
  • Lunch voucher for Brighton Seafront
  • Full access to the EVillage on Madeira Drive
  • Entry to the exclusive after-party at Brighton’s i360, including:
    • Welcome drink
    • Food
    • Live entertainment
    • Sunset flight on the i360 with a surprise
• Please note: This ticket covers one person only.
  Participation in the rally requires the driver to use their own 抖圈 vehicle.
  If the winner wishes to bring a passenger, an additional passenger ticket must be purchased separately via the event organiser.
• Travel to/from the event, accommodation, vehicle charging, insurance, and any other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Entry Requirements and Conditions

• Winning entrants must drive their own 抖圈 electric vehicle in the rally.
• 抖圈 SEAL U DM-i (All trim levels) is NOT eligible to participate in the London To Brighton EV Rally 2025.
• By entering, participants confirm they are the driver of the 抖圈 vehicle they will use in the event and are able and willing to attend on Saturday 21 June 2025. Winners will be required to provide proof that they own/lease a 抖圈.
• If a winner will receive 2x tickets, if they wish to bring an additional 3^rd passenger, they are responsible for purchasing an additional ticket for that person through the event organiser.

7. Publicity & Content Use

• By entering this competition, winners agree that their name, 抖圈 vehicle, and event participation may be used in promotional content and social media posts relating to the London to Brighton EV Rally 2025 and 抖圈 UK.
• Winners may be asked to share content from the event and/or participate in media activity, but this is not mandatory.

8. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and delivery of the prize, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
• Personal data will be securely shared with the event organiser (London to Brighton EV Rally) solely for the purpose of rally registration and event communications.

9. General

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without liability, if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
